PIVOT Academy

What is the PIVOT Academy?

The PIVOT Academy is our training program available for individuals who would like to become a PIVOT Advocate and for professionals interested in licensing our curriculum for use in their private practice. Referents and professionals who have a desire to experience the PIVOT process and do their own work are welcome to participate in Level One.

We have four levels in our academy as described below:

Level One. The PIVOT Experience

The first level in the PIVOT Academy is The PIVOT Experience. Without experiencing and embodying the curriculum, it is hard to implement and communicate the process. The core curriculum will be introduced and completed by all participants. After individuals complete this experience they have the option to apply to become a PIVOT Advocate and attend Level Two.

Level Two. Becoming An Advocate

The second level of the PIVOT training process will focus on becoming a PIVOT Advocate, joining the team, and growing and marketing a PIVOT business. This will cover any and all aspects of the business of a PIVOT Advocate. Advocates will be trained to conduct one to one coaching and Personalized PIVOTs for individuals. There will be a test post-training and supervision in order to be certified as a PIVOT Advocate.

Level Three. Becoming A Master Advocate

After a minimum of a year of being a PIVOT Advocate, qualified individuals are invited to a training and selection process to complete the Master Advocate training program. This training is to develop master-level skills using the PIVOT Process. Master Advocates have the ability to work at The Glass House, facilitate The PIVOT Experience, speak at conferences and larger audiences, and be an Advocate for more complicated cases.

Level Four. Becoming a Trainer

The fourth level will be for Master Advocates who are invited by management to teach others how to become a PIVOT Advocate and participate in facilitating all 4 levels of training events. This training will cover leadership, instructional process (PIVOT style), motivational techniques, and other skill sets to effectively train others in the PIVOT Process.
