PIVOTWorks July 2026

June was a big month for us, which sparked external conversations we’ve been having internally for years.

June was Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, and it made me reflect on something I’ve watched happen again and again in our work: men thrive in the PIVOT Process because it’s process-based. I’ve watched men walk into a Glass House Retreat guarded and analytical, and walk out having felt things they didn’t know how to access before. That’s not an accident. It’s the design. And that transformation is not only experienced by men, but by most people who trust us with their work.

One client recently shared the following words: “I went into Pivot thinking I needed to get my relationship back, but what I got out of PIVOT was I getting myself back.

If it’s been a while since you’ve done some personal work or have been wanting to step away from your everyday distractions to do some, summer is a good season to come. Pivot is offering 20% off Glass House Retreats through September, whether that’s for you or for someone in your life.

Sending my best, Kayla, Executive Director, PIVOT

Hi! With June being Men’s Mental Health Month, this year the conversation found its way to our doorstep. CNN visited one of our men’s retreats as part of its coverage of masculinity and men’s mental health, and the two reporters who came to observe ended up doing the work right alongside our men. You probably received our emails about that already. You can read their feature and their first-person account of what five days at the Glass House actually feels like. I also published two new pieces for the men who carry more than they say: The Heart That Went Quiet, about the man who looks fine at the dinner table and is running on empty behind his eyes, and The Man Behind the Label, for the steady man who gets called avoidant, or something worse, in the middle of a fight. Awareness months end. This conversation doesn’t, not around here!

Some news I’ve been excited to share with you. We just launched Arrow, Dating with Direction: an AI dating coach built for men. Arrow is not another dating app and works alongside the apps you’re already on, Hinge, Bumble, Tinder, all of them, and coaches you through what actually matters: your profile, who’s worth your time, what to say back, and why the same patterns keep showing up. It’s built on the same understanding of people and patterns that runs through everything we do at PIVOT, translated into a coach that lives in your pocket and doesn’t sleep.

If you’re a single man on the apps, or one who’s been avoiding them, Arrow was built for you. It’s free to download on the App Store and Google Play. And to the women reading this: we didn’t forget you. Arrow for women will be next in the works. In the meantime, if there’s a good man in your life who’s been swiping without direction, forward this to him. That’s how this community works!

Healthier Hour:  Tuesday, July 20, 2026

Our alumni community comes back together for Healthier Hour, a low-pressure space to reconnect, reflect, and keep the work alive.

Most people think they’re indecisive. That may not be what’s happening. They may just be arguing with themselves. And the opposite of arguing isn’t certainty. The opposite is collaboration.

Whether it’s been a month or a few years since your Pivot work, you are welcome in this Zoom. We’d love to see you there.
